Distributor Sales Consultant—Outside Sales
Champion Beauty Supply, founded in 1989, is the premier wholesale distributor of hair care products and sundries in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Northern Florida. We represent independent, luxury brands such as Olaplex, Moroccanoil, Colorproof, Keratherapy, Scruples, Oligo and many others. Our privately held company offers our salon clients the most innovative, successful brands and unparalleled service and education to ensure that our clients run successful and informed businesses.
We are currently recruiting candidates for the position of Distributor Sales Consultant in the Savannah, GA/GA Coast Area.
Our District Sales Consultants are responsible for establishing and maintaining a sales relationship with current clients as well as developing additional clients within the territory.
• Responsible for managing customer accounts and achieving all sales, marketing and distribution goals
• Develop business relationships with all customers; successful candidates will be able to anticipate and manage customer sales needs
• Responsible for growing market share within the designated territory
• Responsible for providing accurate and timely communication to management of sales and market related issues affecting successful performance
• Responsible for keeping current on all training initiatives, product knowledge and sales training;
• Maintains detailed sales and marketing records for all assigned accounts and uses them to plan, execute and evaluate sales calls
• Ability to deliver effective professional sales presentations to clients and potential clients
• Responsible for attending bi-monthly sales meetings and participating in any efforts beyond standard working hours to help achieve company goals
Will be provided on a base plus commission basis. Some expenses paid, and very competitive compensation package provided, including health insurance.
• Knowledge of luxury hair care products and brands
• Prior experience in B2B sales
• Have a service oriented, client-centric attitude
• Be self-motivated, highly organized and able to communicate successes succinctly and efficiently to management on a timely basis
• Demonstrate sensitivity and ability to listen to a variety of types of clients
• Excellent speaking and presentation “sales skills.”
• Thorough working knowledge of social media and ability to communicate with clients and management through all media forms
• Neat and professional appearance
• Excellent driving record, valid drivers’ license and reliable automobile
• Successful completion of background check and drug test
